Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate finance and commercial real estate transactions
Perform and evaluate customary due diligence, including title and survey materials
Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation, SNDAs, entity formation documents, and construction-related agreements
Assist in managing complex transactions from initial structuring through closing
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of transactional real estate experience
Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers
Familiarity with real estate due diligence processes
Active membership in the Florida Bar
