Responsibilities
Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing through functions that include manual copper plating, gold immersion, electroless copper, electrolytic gold, outer layer etching, and hot air level processing
Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters
Carefully load racks in plating tanks while ensuring proper temperature/current of baths
Load the line
Work around chemicals and exercise safe chemical handling
Follow customers’ specifications
Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs
Able to stand for long periods of time
Maintains and cleans all department equipment
Screwing in items by hand (Tightening clamps manually)
Ability to work with hands for extended periods of time
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry
High School diploma or equivalent experience in the PCB Industry
3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing
Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs
Able to stand for long periods of time
Preferred
Good written and verbal communications skills
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with production staff and be a great team player
