Responsibilities

Lead the full life-cycle of privacy incidents, from initial triage and response to driving long-term prevention and remediation strategies
Lead the full life-cycle of incident communications, from drafting communications strategies to delivering communications
Identify and implement improvements for processes, playbooks, and tools
Deliver high quality programs improving and driving privacy incident and incident communications outcomes
Be on-call to support the global team operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience in security or privacy
Experience with incident response management (e.g., crisis communication, risk mitigation, escalation management, policy enforcement, risk management, etc.)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with advanced system architecture and design, technical troubleshooting, security and privacy standards, or enterprise software
Experience with working on operational teams
Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a data-driven environment
