Mid LevelIntegration International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Data Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and interactive dashboards. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and leadership to translate data into actionable intelligence using modern BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights that support strategic initiatives
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Leverage AI and AI-driven analytics tools to enhance forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision support
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Act as a Data Business Analyst, bridging business needs with technical data solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and dashboards
Present findings clearly to leadership through visual storytelling and data narratives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Business Analyst
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard development and visualization
Experience working with AI tools and AI-enabled analytics (predictive models, automated insights, or intelligent dashboards)
Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business metrics
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders
Preferred
Experience building AI-powered dashboards or integrating AI insights into BI tools
Background supporting business, finance, operations, or strategy teams
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
