Responsibilities
Visit local customers’ homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your brain and your tools
Provide a top-tier customer experience—you’re the expert they’re counting on
Earn More with Every Fix - You’ll offer add-ons like maintenance plans and water filters when it makes sense. There’s no hard pitch—just putting your skills to work and getting rewarded when you go the extra mile
Keep your tools and vehicle organized—use a company vehicle or bring your own, whichever works better for you

Qualification
Required
A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things
Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a skilled trade
Strong mechanical aptitude—especially if you've worked with tools or in maintenance/repair before
Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload
Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks
Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates
High school diploma or GED required
Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver's license
Preferred
EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we'll help you get certified if needed
