Social Media Manager & Producer
Knocking is seeking a Social Media Manager & Producer who will manage multiple brand accounts and elevate their presence in various landscapes. The role involves overseeing social media channels, creating engaging content, and developing strategic social media strategies across B2B and consumer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day management of all Knocking social channels and marketplace accounts
Oversee posting, scheduling, community management, and real-time engagement
Maintain social media content calendars across all accounts
Own the creation and production of social-first content across video, graphics, motion, and copy
Capture and edit content from shoots, events, podcasts, partner activations, and behind-the-scenes moments
Collaborate cross-functionally to surface, package, and amplify priority launches, products, and marketplace moments
Develop and evolve Knocking’s own social media strategy with a sharp understanding of business and startup culture, commerce and e-commerce, consumer products and brand stories, media and entertainment landscapes, creator economy and affiliate ecosystems, and omni-channel strategy & consumer behavior
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of social media experience, ideally across both B2B and consumer-facing brands
String capabilities in Adobe Suite, Cap-Cut and Canva: video editing and graphic design for social media
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms, best practices, and growth strategy
Ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple accounts, and manage fast-turn deadlines
Excellent copywriting skills—concise, strategic, and on-brand
Strong visual taste and creative instincts
CapCut / Canva
Adobe Creative Suite
Graphic Design, Video Editing and Motion Graphics
Familiarity with UGC-style creation, creator tools, and social-first editing
Preferred
Experience in media, entertainment, retail, or commerce environments
Experience with creator marketing, affiliate programs, or influencer partnerships
Understanding of brand storytelling, product marketing, and digital consumer behavior
Comfortable interfacing with leadership, partners, and creators
