Responsibilities

Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for business-critical systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
Translate business needs into technical solutions and system enhancements
Create and execute SQL queries to analyze data, validate system behavior, and support reporting needs
Support and maintain applications built with Java and/or JavaScript
Work closely with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in system upgrades, releases, and cloud-based deployments
Document processes, system configurations, and support procedures
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous process improvement

Required

5+ years of experience in application support within an enterprise environment
Strong experience writing and analyzing SQL queries

Experience supporting applications in a cloud infrastructure environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred

Project management experience, including planning, tracking, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
Experience using Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
