The role involves preparing and filing estate planning and probate documents, maintaining client files, and supporting attorneys with administrative tasks.

Prepare, draft, format, proofread, and file estate planning and probate documents
Maintain accurate, organized client files and records
Assist with probate filings, court correspondence, and deadline tracking
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal team members
Support attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks
Ensure compliance with firm procedures and legal deadlines
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in estate planning and probate
Strong filing and typing skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated discernment and sound professional judgment, particularly when handling confidential and sensitive information
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing practice
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Preferred
Experience with court filings and e-filing systems
