Sales Manager – New York | 40% Recurring Commission
Scaling Reviews is a fast-growing startup helping restaurants enhance their visibility and reputation through guest feedback. The Sales Manager will focus on building relationships with restaurant owners, conducting demos, and managing sales cycles to drive growth in the New York territory.

Responsibilities
Build a strong understanding of Scaling Reviews and how it drives restaurant growth
Map, approach, and manage a New York sales territory
Conduct walk-in sales and deliver short, effective demos
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding
Work closely with the founder for support and closing strategy
Hit monthly targets and grow your recurring commissions
Share insights from the field to shape product and sales strategy
Qualification
Required
Motivation to grow in sales; B2B, SaaS, or hospitality experience is a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Self-driven, proactive, and resilient
Knowledge of New York's restaurant scene (or eagerness to learn it quickly)
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Preferred
Experience with restaurant tech or hospitality SaaS
Existing network in NYC's F&B industry
Strong performance in previous commission-based roles
