Responsibilities
Collecting and organizing data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and web-based tools
Cleaning and preparing data for analysis, including correcting errors and formatting data for use in statistical software
Analyzing data using statistical techniques and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and R or Python
Interpreting and presenting data insights to clients in clear, easy-to-understand language
Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and developing data-driven recommendations to meet those needs
Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis techniques and tools
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas: consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent Artefact in a client-facing capacity
Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse team members; strong intercultural communication skills are a must
Advanced familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in digital, data and the tech economy as a whole
Strong teaching orientation; demonstrated ability to mentor more junior members of the team
Preferred
Knowledge of strategy consulting and/or digital marketing (within a start-up, agency, etc.) is highly desirable, but not required
