Build strong partnerships with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and R&D stakeholders across regions
Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across functions and cultures
Develop and execute global sourcing category strategies and value generation plans
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, compliance, and performance management
Qualification
Required
7+ years of global procurement experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Deep pharmaceutical procurement expertise
Strong experience working with CROs and external research partners
Ability to build strong partnerships with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and R&D stakeholders across regions
Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across functions and cultures
BA/BS required
Develop and execute global sourcing category strategies and value generation plans
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, compliance, and performance management
Preferred
MBA and CPSM certification preferred
