Responsibilities

Interact professionally and respectfully with patients and staff, addressing individual needs and concerns
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure patients feel welcomed and valued
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively use communication devices
Foster a team-oriented environment by demonstrating self-direction and motivation
Independently solve problems or know when to seek guidance
Manage patient check-out processes, including entering follow-up, referral, and X-file appointments in the system
Review After Visit Summary instructions with patients as needed and print additional labels
Prepare charts for the morning and assist with other opening and closing procedures
Utilize computer systems to schedule, cancel, and confirm appointments, request records, and communicate via email or staff messages

Required

High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in a medical office setting
Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment; familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is required
