Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end execution of our customer acquisition and expansion strategy for the Workday Paradox business
Act as the bridge between product storytelling and technical performance
Support a scalable growth engine that balances immediate lead generation through paid social and search campaigns, email nurture and webinars with long-term authority through Organic SEO and AEO
Bring Product Marketing, Sales, and Analytics together to ensure the Paradox vision is executed flawlessly
Report on effectiveness to ensure we are crushing our pipeline and ACV goals
Drive consistent email and webinar execution that influences high-quality deals and expansion
Thrive in a fast-paced 'test and learn' environment and support the Paradox team on any initiative that moves the needle
Qualification
Required
Versatile, data-driven mindset
Ability to own end-to-end execution of customer acquisition and expansion strategy
Cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Marketing, Sales, and Analytics
Data obsession with a focus on reporting effectiveness
