Responsibilities
SAP S/4 HANA RTR experience and expertise in the practice and strengthen the S/4 RTR capability within the team
Capture and develop the knowledge and understanding of S/4 RTR within the team
Work closely with Directors / Partners to achieve identified outcomes
Deliver quality engagements on time and on budget
Provide leadership to team members and client project managers assigned to the projects
Support the growth of the S/4 group through various practice building activities, including supporting thought leadership
Qualification
Required
5-10 + years SAP RTR experience
Demonstrated experience in end to end S/4 implementation
A detailed knowledge of S/4 RTR
Design and configuration of S/4 RTR processes with complementary knowledge of Inter-company processes, GL, FA, A/R, A/P, T&E
A broad understanding of integration between RTR and PP, OTC, PTP and other relevant modules
Planning and conducting user facing workshops in order to match the clients business processes to the standard processes available in S/4 RTR and to capture optimization and solution configuration needed by the customer while minimizing customizations
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people
Preferred
Prior experience in a consulting environment is preferred
