Marketing Operations Manager
TrueSeek is a global technology company utilizing AI and advanced analytics to enhance retail safety. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to establish and manage their marketing operations and customer insights function, focusing on lead lifecycle management and CRM ownership.
Responsibilities
End-to-end lead lifecycle from acquisition through MQL handoff to Sales
MQL criteria, lead scoring, routing rules, and Sales SLAs
CRM and marketing automation ownership, including segmentation, journeys, and workflows
Customer insights, dashboards, and KPI reporting
Outbound marketing governance and QA (internal and agency-led)
CRM data hygiene, standards, and integrations
Cross-functional enablement with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Leadership
Marketing operations projects from scoping through delivery
Qualification
Required
6–9 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Automation
4+ years owning a CRM and marketing automation platform
Proven experience building lead lifecycle, scoring, and MQL workflows
Strong B2B outbound marketing and Sales partnership experience
Comfortable building processes from scratch in low-structure environments
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills
Preferred
B2B tech, SaaS, retail tech, or security experience
Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
HTML/email editing; exposure to SQL or predictive analytics
