Human Resource Director
ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is a mission-driven organization seeking a Human Resource Director to lead and coordinate the HR department's policies and activities. The role involves collaborating with leadership on staffing strategies, overseeing HR programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
Plan, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs that support compliance and company objectives
Oversee HR programs including compensation, benefits, employee relations, investigations, performance management, recognition, safety, and training
Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management
Manage HR staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance recommendations
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and technology, and communicate updates to leadership
Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum of five years of HR management experience required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred
Master's degree
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) highly preferred
