Design and deliver training programs to employees and clients
Develop training materials and resources
Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with management to develop effective training solutions
Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness
Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve performance
Maintain accurate records of training activities and results
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
Bachelor's degree in a related field
