Responsibilities
Rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading AI-focused user experiences -- from concept to execution
Manage and mentor a team of 5 designers
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to explore and evaluate concepts, support implementation, and independently move projects forward, focusing on impact across the entire Workspace portfolio
Influence AI product direction and establish a foundational platform for embedding AI across all Workspace offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction or relevant industry experience, or equivalent practical experience
15 years of professional experience in product design and related roles
10 years of experience in a senior role creating strategy and designing products
Preferred
Experience working collaboratively with senior designers, and executives in product management and engineering
Experience elevating product craft
Experience developing agentic or multi-turn AI experiences
Understanding of AI and how to implement AI systems into existing portfolios of products
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs
Track record of key contributions to innovative, successful products
