They are seeking a Staff Hardware Engineer to lead system-level electrical design and drive next-generation product development from concept through production.

Responsibilities
Lead design and development of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits across new and existing products
Serve as a technical authority across multiple programs and cross-functional engineering teams
Define system architectures in collaboration with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams
Perform circuit simulation, PCB layout review, and signal/power integrity analysis
Lead validation testing including EMC/EMI, thermal, and functional performance
Ensure designs meet regulatory and compliance requirements (UL, CE, FCC, etc.)
Review schematics, BOMs, test plans, and design documentation
Mentor engineers and support technical capability growth across the team
Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams on DFM/DFT and production readiness
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience across full product development lifecycles
Strong background in analog/digital design, microcontrollers, power electronics, and high-speed digital systems
Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, or similar)
Strong knowledge of embedded systems and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Must be U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or qualifying protected status
Preferred
Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or aerial platforms
Experience with environmental testing, compliance, and certification processes
Experience with high-speed interfaces (GigE, MIPI, HDMI, etc.)
