Responsibilities
Develop change management strategies to land process and tool changes impacting a variety of organizations, stakeholder groups, and levels
Execute change management plans to communicate change and drive adoption
Leverage data to tell compelling stories tailored to organizations with differing priorities and context
Leverage Lean methodology and human-centered design to improve processes with both process users and end customers in mind
Manage process improvement projects end to end with a special focus on change management
Assess the landscape of available process data, identify gaps in that data, and set up processes to capture data with the goal of measuring and understanding our launch processes
Report on process improvements and metrics at both leadership and granular altitudes
Contribute to other projects to continuously improve product launch processes

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
