Responsibilities
Lead and manage the comprehensive client engagement lifecycle, from initial planning and project kick-off to full execution and successful go-live
Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams, managing expectations and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with both enterprise and mid-level clients
Oversee the execution of complex AI and digital projects, including critical system integrations
Proactively manage and ensure the timely delivery of all contracted scope
Champion best practices in project management and implementation methodologies to optimize delivery efficiency and client experience
Qualification
Required
A degree in Engineering and/or MBA
4+ years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of prior experience in a client-facing capacity
Proven track record in leading client engagements as a lead, managing enterprise and mid-level clients, and leading AI or digital projects with a strong focus on system integrations
Demonstrated experience in presenting to and communicating effectively with senior internal and client stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, Directors)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Preferred
Prior experience with AI/ML products or technologies is a significant advantage
Experience in the B2B SaaS domain is a plus
A demonstrated ability to solve complex client problems, supported by concrete examples from previous roles
Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rocketlane)
