They are currently seeking an IT Specialist - Power Platform to blend traditional IT support responsibilities with opportunities to design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will provide helpdesk support, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions in collaboration with business teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing helpdesk support to end users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly applications and workflows
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, solutions, and support activities
Ensure a professional, customer-focused approach when working with employees across all departments
Proactively learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and business processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); prior development experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
Professional business etiquette and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
Any/Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3+ years of experience
