Responsibilities
Conduct inspection, testing, calibration, adjusting, part component replacement services and warranty work with various tools such as power tools, electrical test equipment
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment
Provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues
Read and understand electrical drawings and diagrams to troubleshooting
Arrange and manage regular maintenance and system upgrades for clients
Act as a technical liaison between the company and clients
Deliver training and guidance to clients on system operations
Ensure effective communication with clients during service activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of Service, testing, and maintenance activities
Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and service efficiency
Provide feedback to product development teams for ongoing improvement
Travel for both training, service and other activities
Qualification
Required
Vocational education, military training, or transferable experience in electrical theory or similar discipline
Proven experience in installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance in some or all the following areas: low or Medium Voltage switchgear, Transformer, Relay Protection System
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Bilingual preferred. (Korean and English)
