As a Group Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients on their path to recovery, working closely with licensed counselors and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Conduct client intake assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans
Facilitate or co-facilitate group and individual counseling sessions under the supervision of a licensed counselor
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care
Educate clients and their families about substance use disorders and the recovery process
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and Title 42 CFR Part 2, ensuring strict confidentiality of client information
Qualification
Required
Valid CDCA certification from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board
Qualified Mental Health Specialist III (QMHP III)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred
Previous experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting
