Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end billing operations for Coinbase Prime products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective collections
Drive strategic initiatives and transformative projects to scale the billing program, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing risk
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to define and implement process and system enhancements, advocating for solutions that improve the billing experience and scale to align with business objectives
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in billing operations, finance operations, revenue operations, or a related domain
2+ years of people leadership experience, including managing full-time employees and/or outsourced teams within an operations, finance, billing or related domain
Proven experience owning end-to-end billing processes in a scaled, high-volume environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Understanding of billing processes and experience working with CRM and financial systems
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives, implement automation, and lead transformational projects that result in increased efficiency and reduced operational costs
Preferred
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or financial services industry
Experience working with accounting teams and a foundational understanding of accounting principles relevant to billing and collections
