Qualification
Required
Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
Sales expertise, customer service, and knowledge of financial products
Ability to identify and address client needs with a consultative approach
Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple client interactions
Proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms
High school diploma or equivalent required
Licensure to sell insurance products or willingness to obtain required licenses upon hire
Preferred
Experience in volunteering, community service, or social responsibility initiatives
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
