Responsibilities
Identify viable sites for affordable housing that align with QAP (Qualified Allocation Plan) requirements and local housing needs
Expertly navigate 4% and 9% LIHTC applications, soft debt, and state/local funding sources
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Housing Authorities, municipalities, and non-profit partners to secure project buy-in
Ensure all developments adhere to strict federal and state regulatory requirements while maintaining project timelines and budgets
Qualification
Required
Deep experience with the entire lifecycle of tax credit developments, specifically in successfully sourcing and winning credits
A proven ability to interface with state housing finance agencies and local government bodies
A track record of bringing complex, multi-layered affordable housing projects from site selection to 'ribbon cutting.'
