Remote OCCC Universal Agent (Overnight)
Rollins, Inc. is a global residential and business service provider, and they are seeking talented Universal Professionals to work overnight for their remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. In this role, you will provide world-class customer service and phone sales to customers while supporting field offices and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service
Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service, while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Retain business by offering several remedies to prevent account cancellations
Recommend additional services to increase protection value for residences
Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance
Qualification
Required
High School/GED
1 – 2 years customer service experience within or outside a call center
Completion of a Culture Index assessment
Verification of internet speed
Ability to pass a computer assessment
Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem (speed test must be completed via www.speedtest.net)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
Excellent customer service soft skills such as empathy
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
