Responsibilities
Lead the onsite installation, calibration, and repair of high-speed digital inkjet systems
Educate customers on digital file preparation, RIP processing, and advanced machine operation to ensure peak output quality
Provide Tier 2/3 remote troubleshooting via Video Conferencing (Zoom/Teams) to minimize customer downtime
Act as a technical subject matter expert during trade shows and equipment demonstrations, producing high-quality printed samples for prospective clients
Maintain HQ demo facilities and provide field-informed feedback to the engineering team to influence future product iterations
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree or equivalent vocational training in Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record servicing inkjet printing equipment or similar high-precision machinery in a production environment
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Corel is a plus). You must understand how digital files translate to physical print
Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear solutions
A valid driver's license and passport are required. You must be comfortable with regional and occasional global travel
Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
