Qualification
Required
Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
Reliable transportation
Availability to work on-call rotation
Acknowledgment and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties
Preferred
At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment
