Responsibilities

Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve customer experience on digital sales channels

Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development/UX and other stakeholders

Supports the process of translating business needs into formal functional & technical requirements

Review Intake and Engage teams to perform Impact analysis with impacted teams

Provide roadmap view of prioritized initiatives based on business value and customer impacts

Must have clear and strong presentation and efficient communication skills

Provides supervision and guidance to development, UX teams with feature reviews and refinement sessions

Informs various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented

Able to map basic technical flow and business diagrams aligning to business and system requirement

Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (TFS, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
