Traffic & Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

Enter and manage customer orders in SAP; ensure accurate customer data
Send order confirmations and serve as a point of contact for post sales customer inquiries
Support shipping, receiving, and cross‑functional responses to customer issues
Maintain order files, documentation, and system records
Coordinate with Finance on payment information and issue resolution
Support visitor management processes
Partner with Quality on compliance and audit-related requests
Assess ITAR/EAR applicability to products and perform jurisdiction classifications
Review requirements to determine ITAR/EAR export or import authorizations
Contribute to development and improvement of standard processes and procedures
Build strong knowledge of company operations and policies
Perform additional related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required); ability to learn new platforms (SAP, OCR EASE)
Experience with ERP systems preferred; SAP a plus
Awareness of ITAR/EAR regulations beneficial
Strong communication, multitasking, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Positive, customer‑focused attitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or otherwise eligible for required export licensing

Preferred

Experience with ERP systems preferred; SAP a plus
Awareness of ITAR/EAR regulations beneficial
