Responsibilities
Oversee daily production across upholstery, woodworking, metal work, and finishing
Maintain production schedules to ensure all deadlines are achieved
Oversee all material procurement, ensuring bill of materials and purchases are efficient and accurate
Act as the liaison for any private label clients, ensuring timely responses, problem solving and quality control
Generate all custom quotes and interface with direct clients accordingly
Supervise and support all artisans, maintaining quality and timelines
Coordinate weekly production meetings
Oversee all production schedules, ensuring accuracy
Identify bottlenecks and find solutions
Maintain materials inventory and all workflow systems (including hard copy)
Qualification
Required
5 – 7 years of experience in furniture production
Proven ability to lead multi-discipline production teams
Excellent organization skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication
High School Diploma
