Assistant Project Manager / Estimator
W3Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to join their growing team. This role combines estimating, project coordination, and field support to help deliver complex civil, marine, and infrastructure projects from bid phase through completion.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing accurate and competitive construction estimates using Bluebeam and related estimating tools
Support development and maintenance of project schedules and documentation using Viewpoint Vista, Procore, Clearstory, and other project management platforms
Coordinate project activities by tracking progress, managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and maintaining organized project records
Review and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and technical documents to fully understand project scope and requirements
Participate in site visits to observe field operations, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards
Assist with cost tracking, budget monitoring, and change management processes
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal team members
Prepare meeting materials, reports, and project documentation related to schedules, budgets, and scope changes
Support project closeout activities, including documentation and final reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience or strong familiarity with construction estimating and takeoff tools such as Bluebeam
Working knowledge of construction management software, including Viewpoint Vista, Procore, and Clearstory (or comparable platforms)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Basic understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and jobsite safety requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a team-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Bluebeam, Excel, BIM 360 Modeling, or similar scheduling/design software is a plus
