Senior Intelligence Analyst

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Intelligence Analyst to join a full-time role at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH. The Intelligence Analyst will support a cutting-edge technology program focused on advancing innovation in software development and autonomous systems, playing a key role in the development of multi-domain analysis tools and collaborating with engineers, developers, and security professionals.

Responsibilities

Explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and integrate information from disparate sources to help clients understand their mission environment
Support the program team in implementing identified modifications to program functionality
Perform analysis of complex datasets to produce relevant intelligence products
Support the development and execution of test plans, as well as the analysis of collected test data
Support the development of fusion algorithms, multi-domain analysis, and related program tools
Research and analyze military, political, economic, technical, and other developments within assigned areas to conduct valid threat assessments
Extract and organize data to build metrics, reports, case studies, and trend analyses
Engage components within the customer organization to address targeting requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
Utilize coding skills to write scripts in Python and/or C++ to manipulate data as needed
Attend meetings and/or demonstrations independently or as part of a team
Other duties as assigned

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Demonstrated experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis
Ability to write scripts in Python and/or C++ to manipulate data
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Familiarity with key U.S. foreign policy and national security counterterrorism objectives
Ability to quickly assess, triage, and identify trends and/or patterns in large volumes of data
IC & Multi-INT domain understanding, including deep familiarity with IC data streams, analytic tradecraft, and how different INTs are generated, fused, and consumed across organizations
Ability to engage with mission partners to translate operational needs into analytic approaches the program can support
Identify tool failures, performance issues, and regressions; provide clear, actionable feedback to developers; and guide government customers from an analyst perspective on tool outputs, limitations, and tradeoffs

Preferred

Experience with system testing; highly desired
Experience with sensor data (GEOINT, SIGINT); highly desired
