Construction Project Managers
Freedom Recruiters USA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with direct MTA project experience to oversee and manage public infrastructure construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with MTA regulations and safety standards while managing subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring compliance with MTA regulations and safety standards
Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
Develop and maintain project schedules (e.g., using Primavera P6), budgets, and cost tracking tools
Prepare and submit progress reports, RFIs, change orders, and other documentation as required by MTA guidelines
Coordinate with MTA agencies (NYCT, LIRR, Metro-North, etc.), third-party stakeholders, utility companies, and municipal agencies
Monitor quality assurance and quality control processes to meet specifications and contract requirements
Attend and lead regular project meetings with MTA representatives, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to MTA safety regulations and conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits
Resolve project-related issues including delays, conflicts, and unforeseen conditions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 5–10 years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 years on MTA or other public transportation infrastructure projects
Familiarity with MTA project delivery methods, contracts (such as Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build), and agency procedures
Experience working with relevant regulatory agencies and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, ADA
