Responsibilities

Strategically manage complex executive calendars, protect focus time, and prioritize high-impact work
Track tasks, follow-ups, and time allocation to align with company goals
Schedule and coordinate all meetings, including 1:1s, team sessions, board meetings, and external engagements
Prepare briefing materials and maintain accurate records for key stakeholders
Capture notes, action items, and support recruiting logistics as needed
Plan efficient travel and event logistics aligned with executive preferences and strategic objectives
Drive operational projects and contribute to company culture and HQ initiatives

Required

Clear, effective communicator with a strong track record of building trusted relationships
Systems-oriented and resourceful, with experience improving operational processes
Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, and database-driven tools
