Responsibilities
Dispatch technicians to urgent customer needs
Work alongside managers to coordinate jobs across multiple technicians
Update customers on timing changes and rescheduling as needed
Answer and schedule incoming service calls
Ensure timecards are completed correctly throughout each day
Complete/schedule return service calls as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to reliably commute to our office
Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
Preferred
Previous dispatching experience desired, service dispatching experience strongly preferred
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various personality types
Friendly and welcoming phone presence
