The Student Information Systems Support Specialist is responsible for administrative tasks related to student enrollment and data management, ensuring accurate records and supporting the Registrars and Student Data Management Coordinator.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff member
Enter new students into eSchool
Assist with eSchool course entry in collaboration with the Pearson Data Team
Student ID changes in eSchool: To unify student data between POC and external SIS systems and ensure smooth transition of data correlation
Student Withdrawal/Dropped/Changed Course-Section Removal: Ensures the ARCA Student Schedule Reconciliation Power BI report remains accurate and consistent for grade entries and scheduling
Communicate, track, and maintain records of dual-enrolled students for Duplicate Audit cycles
Review and communicate mismatched data within the ARCA Student Demo Recon PowerBi report to ensure data remains up to date and accurate
Assist with reconciliation of Cycle reporting data
Generate Student data reports, as needed
Log calls
Create/Track student data IAs
Perform additional tasks, as needed
Qualification
Required
Must reside within the state of Arkansas or live 300 miles from Bentonville, AR
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, and web-based applications is essential
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Customer focused approach
High degree of flexibility
Occasional travel, including overnight stays, may be required for this position
Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced team environment
Must be able to use a personal electronic device and an email address for two-step authentication
