Confidential is a rapidly growing, nationally recognized healthcare services organization seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting. This high-visibility role involves supporting executive leadership during a critical phase of growth, acquisitions, and increased reporting complexity, with responsibilities in financial reporting, technical accounting, and M&A activities.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Lead preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP financial statements, including disclosures and footnotes

Serve as primary owner of the Workiva reporting platform

Support SEC-style reporting requirements and compliance

Own and maintain accounting policies under U.S. GAAP

Research, evaluate, and document technical accounting matters

Review complex areas including stock-based compensation, leases (ASC 842), self-insurance, and business combinations

Lead purchase accounting for acquisitions

Partner with external advisors and auditors on transaction accounting

Support integration of newly acquired entities

Support quarterly reviews and annual PCAOB audit (Big 4)

Assist with SOX compliance and internal controls

Provide support for Audit Committee and Board-level materials

Required

CPA required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

5–7+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience

Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background

Excellent communication skills and comfort working with leadership

Master's preferred

Experience with Workiva and/or Workday strongly preferred
