Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and big data environments
Analyze datasets to identify relevant trends, patterns, and correlations
Synthesize complex findings into structured reports and presentations, communicating technical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
Partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify core business questions and translate complex datasets into actionable analytical insights
Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across all systems
Working with and supporting Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery
Collaborating with client teams

Required

Significant experience delivering at a Senior level. Our Seniors typically have at least 5 years of commercial experience
Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment
Advanced SQL experience and ability to write complex queries
Experience building and managing visual data representations
Demonstrated ability to resolve data discrepancies and logical errors in reporting
Experience working with sensitive data within highly regulated industries, ideally Healthcare
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Professional proficiency in English
