Administrator On Duty- CareComm Command Center
Tampa General Hospital is seeking an Administrator On Duty for their CareComm Command Center. The role focuses on improving patient access and safety while providing clinical and administrative support during evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities
Improving patient access/flow and enhancing safety using clinical expertise, leadership, organizational awareness, and critical thinking skills
Providing clinical and administrative support to team members providing (direct/indirect) care to patients during the evening/night/weekend hours
Serving as the in-house administrator with responsibility to facilitate hospital operations and to contact off-site departmental/administrative resources when appropriate
Demonstrating ability to assign work to and evaluate the work performance of team members supervised
Identifying opportunities for hospital process improvement, through CareComm operations, that will enhance the patient experience
Working with organizational leadership and work groups to foster change and process improvements with a focus on increased patient safety and efficiency in care delivery
Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to drive safe hospital efficiencies as it relates to patient throughput and balanced staffing across all departments
Qualification
Required
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN and at least 2 years leadership experience
Must be able to navigate in EMR and other technology platforms as needed to perform daily duties
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
Critical care experience strongly preferred
