Sales Closer – $60,000 base salary + Commission.
MID Construction is a design-build construction firm specializing in ground-up single-family homes and multifamily projects throughout Los Angeles. They are seeking a Sales Closer to manage the full front half of the sales process, which includes generating opportunities, qualifying prospects, and driving projects through the sales pipeline until contract execution.

Cold outreach to homeowners, developers, and property owners
Initiating and qualifying sales conversations
Educating prospects on MID Construction’s process and capabilities
Advancing deals through defined CRM stages
Setting and attending job walks and meetings
Collaborating closely with estimating, construction management, and administrative teams
Supporting deals post-LOI, including follow-up meetings and closing conversations
Remaining involved through contract execution as needed
Cold calling and outbound business development
Managing your own pipeline from first contact through contract
Accurate CRM usage and stage progression
Representing MID Construction professionally in meetings and on-site
Learning construction fundamentals and continuously improving sales skillset
