Responsibilities

Be a trusted advisor for strategic customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and gather customer insights and feedback

Define solution requirements based on customer discussions and business needs

Conduct design workshops and author solution design guides, reference architectures, and blueprints

Support and partner with the larger field technical community

Train sales, partners and customers on best practices on network designs

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in product management or related technical role

3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering

Experience in large network designs as a solution architect or professional services specifically around global wide area networking

Cloud experience with a hyperscaler in a customer or field engineering role

Experience translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions

Outstanding narrative and storytelling abilities that propel usage, adoption and market momentum

Proven track record of delivering network or network security designs and best practices, architecture designs, reference architectures, or blueprints
