joinparadigm is seeking a Data Migrations Specialist to bring expertise, energy, and value to their team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth and successful data migration as part of the customer journey, involving tasks like data transformation and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Understand data requirements of the clients and create migration plans
Write scripts to perform data transformations and validations on imported data: Contacts, Financial Data, Matters/Cases, etc
Work with customers to troubleshoot and solve their issues
Provide superb customer service throughout the data migration process
Efficiently manage inbound migration queue and set the right expectation with stakeholders
Enhance the overall migration process for successful implementation and operation
Monitor, document, and report progress of the data migration plan at project level
Other duties as assigned

Required

1+ year of programming/scripting experience, specifically with Python
1+ year of data transformation, data pipeline, data analytics
Proficiency with relational database technology such as SQLServer, MySQL, or similar
2+ years experience and proficiency with Excel. You should be able to effectively use Excel's Functions and Formulas
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Curious, self-motivated, and passionate in learning and adopting new technologies
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Able to discuss technically detailed processes with customers who are both tech-savvy and non-technical

Preferred

Experience working with Jira and Salesforce is a plus
