Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate office communications
Assist with handling incoming inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records
Support conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to route inquiries appropriately
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs as directed
Assist the team and Agent with administrative tasks, data entry, and special projects
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office setting
Professional, friendly, and dependable work style
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
Comfort speaking with customers and supporting basic sales-related conversations
