Required

Experience in operational ownership for complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
Experience in continuing or professional education (higher education, extension, or certificate programs)
Experience in professional associations or credentialing bodies
Experience in workforce, leadership, or organizational development programs
Experience in mission-driven or impact-oriented training organizations balancing growth with sustainability
Experience in corporate learning & development roles with direct responsibility for program operations
Experience in owning end-to-end delivery of multi-phase or multi-cohort programs
Experience in designing or rebuilding operational systems, not just maintaining existing processes
Experience in making decisions with incomplete information and holding accountability for outcomes
Experience in leading and delegating to program or administrative support staff with clarity and follow-through
Experience in improving reliability, quality, or scalability through better structure rather than personal effort
Strong self-direction and disciplined organization
Ability to lead people and manage complexity without in-person structure
Comfort with real-time decision-making, people leadership, and systems design
Ability to hold authority and make decisions within your domain without over-consulting
Ability to communicate decisions clearly to those impacted
Ability to handle conflict, mistakes, and last-minute changes with clarity and firmness while preserving trust and professional respect
Ability to examine conditions that allowed failures and plan for systemic changes
