Portfolio Project Manager
Heyer Expectations LLC is seeking a Portfolio Project Manager to oversee project management responsibilities. The role involves creating and maintaining a backlog of project features, managing project schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of project components while tracking financials and communicating changes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
PM's primary responsibility would be to create and maintain a backlog of Epic, features and user stories in partnership with IT PM community stakeholders
Work with the Planisware vendor to ensure timely delivery of the Epics, features and user stories
Create a project schedule to track and manage the project deliverables
Presentation of the Planisware roadmap to executive leadership
Track and manage project financials
Address scope, schedule, and budget variances
Responsible for communicating the changes to the delivery organization
Addressing any changes to the project delivery standards and procedures
Responsible for organizational change management
Qualification
Required
5 to 7+ years relevant experience in program and project management
PMP is a Plus
Bachelor's or equivalent degree or experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience in using a PPM Tool
