Responsibilities
Analyze unique customer business goals to design and deploy software solutions that drive full adoption of the Trimble ConstructionOne suite
Deliver high-impact consulting services, including business process reviews, strategic planning, and readiness assessments
Facilitate expert-level software application training that turns complex data into actionable insights for our clients
Act as the vital liaison between Trimble and our customers, fostering deep relationships and ensuring every client is delighted with their journey
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, technical experience with ERP, construction, or accounting software
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of software consulting experience within the construction or accounting software industries
Requirements gathering, negotiating, and managing the change process for complex software implementations
Strong initiative and a customer-service orientation, with the ability to master training and presentation skills quickly
Preferred
Experience with the TrimbleOne product suite: Viewpoint Vista, Spectrum, or ProjectSight
Advanced knowledge of construction project management or specialized accounting workflows
Prior experience managing 3-5 day on-site client engagements across North America
