Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including virtual interviews and onsite interviews for candidates
Own the interview scheduling process and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers
Manage a high volume of interview scheduling (roughly 75-100 a week)
Craft offer letters and on-boarding documents
Arrange travel for candidates across the country, plan catering for interviews when necessary, and process expense reimbursements
Lead or assist with ad hoc projects, which may include process improvement assessment or coordinating recruiting events
Work with Recruiting to ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire process
Qualification
Required
0-1 year prior administrative support experience, preferably for a Recruiting or HR department or have interest in joining a Recruiting/HR Team
Excellent scheduling and coordination skills, particularly when juggling multiple busy calendars
Superb communication skills, both oral and written, and are able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization, maintaining strict confidentiality as required
Unmatched time management and organizational skills, and excel at prioritizing when given multiple projects
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Your positive attitude and collaboration skills make you a phenomenal teammate with a real passion for building and sustaining a positive company culture and giving to the bigger picture
Preferred
Experience working with an applicant tracking system is preferred, experience with Workday is a bonus
